MBA and a lawyer, David loves to enable his business clients to succeed and grow. His passion is assisting entrepreneurs and businesses facing ordinary and extraordinary legal issues achieve their operational objectives. David is a partner, and leads the firm's Business Law Group.

David Closson focuses his practice on corporate and real estate transactions including entity formation, financings, and acquisitions/dispositions. He aims to establish lasting and mutually beneficial relationships with his clients by providing sound legal solutions to a wide array of business and real estate related issues.
After graduating from law school, David spent three years working on one of the largest investigations ever by the Securities and Exchange Commission and Department of Justice involving accounting practices within the telecommunications industry. Prior to joining the Business Law Group at HindmanSanchez, P.C. David worked at a Denver based firm focusing on corporate, real estate, and securities transactions.

What's your favorite movie or TV court scene?
I like the scene in “A Few Good Men” where Jack Nicholson says “You can't handle the truth!” The intensity and honesty of the scene is compelling.
